These cutting-edge materials ensure unparalleled performance, boasting a process DK of 6.15 at 10 GHz/23°C and a dissipation factor of 0.0027 at the same frequency and temperature. With a remarkable Td of 500°C, our PCB has been engineered to withstand even the most extreme conditions. Operating seamlessly within a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, it guarantees reliable and stable functioning in various environments.

Impressive Stackup Design:

The stackup design of our PCB has been optimized to deliver superior performance. It features two layers, with Copper Layer 1 measuring 35 μm, the RT/duroid 6006 substrate at 1.905 mm (75mil), and Copper Layer 2 also measuring 35 μm. This configuration provides a robust foundation for your circuitry, ensuring optimal signal integrity while minimizing interference.

The dimensions of our PCB have been carefully crafted to accommodate a variety of applications. With board dimensions of 103.54mm x 82.33mm (±0.15mm), ample space is provided for component placement and precise trace routing. The minimum trace/space of 4/7 mils allows for intricate and detailed designs, while the minimum hole size of 0.55mm facilitates efficient and reliable assembly.
