General Descriprions of Production:

The Drop deck semi-trailer is designed for use in stevedoring and transporting of 1x20 ft ISO cargo containers and bulk cargos.

1) Dimensions and weight (can be adjustable based on need):

2) Running system (as per client's requirement):

a) Suspension system: Mechanical or Air Suspension, Tuthill brand

b) Axle: various axles like BPW and FUWA with various bearings

c) Tire: various brands of bias tires or radial tires

d) Rims: alloy wheels with durra bright surface on outside

d) King pin: forged steel, 2" or 3.5", welded or bolt-in

e) Landing gear:JOST brand

3) Chassis frame:

a) Option: design 4 retractable type twist locks on trailer for load container.

b) Main beam: high-tensile steel

c) Surface preparation: shot blast

d) Painting: zinc-rich primer and modified urethane topcoat as customers'

choices

4) Brake system:

a) Double line air brake system with single air tank, standard connectors on

front bolster

b) Optional anti-lock brake system

5) Electrical system: LED light meet ECE or ADR, DOT.

6) Accessories:

a)One Tool box (only box, standard tools)

b)Two Spare wheel holder (no spare tires and wheels)
