 This is corrugating machine used for rolling steel plate of certain thickness at normal temperature. The working principle is deformation of rotation type. Feeding through transmission platform. Then form the corrugation by roller shaft. At last, the ripple height is aligned by the alignment roller. This machine is widely used in rain-prevent, storage and so on manufacture fields.

          This machine is mechanical driven. The clamp height is adjusted by manual except the motor drive for spin. This machine has following advantages: light to transport; simple structure, easy to operate.

Structure:

This machine consists of plate-feeding alignment device, corrugation forming device, alignment device, holder, chassis, transmissiin device, electric control system and so on.

 Plate feeding aligment device

 Plate feeding aligment device consists of a feeding platform and aligment device.It has the advantage of feeding correctly without slope.

Corrugation forming device

Corrugation forming device consists of two corrugation rollers formed by a lot of profile steels.It works by the motor driving the lower roller and then upper roller by wheel gear.Open height of the roller is formed by manual pressure on screw. The picture is as following.

 Alignment device

Alignment device is a device to alignment the wave height through the open height of those two roller shaft, which meets client’s requirement.The transmission way is that the corrugation device and alignment device share the same motor to form the driven.

 Holder, chassis

Holder, chassis are welding pieces formed by drawing temper after welded. This structure is definited combining the technical of Japan, Germany and domestic countries with several-year practices. The chassis is welded from profile steel and processed after distressed. Both of the installing and usage are convenient especially for the requirement of mobility as well as the movement of the machine. For the installing of the machine body, reduction and motor combining together, thus forming the whole production line.

Electric control system

This system is composed of electric control cabinet.The power is 400V/ 50Hz. The control system adopts relay control and has a long life useage.
