C/Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine adopts gearbox drive; the machine operation is more stable; it adopts post-forming shearing to ensure the product's quality and avoid port deformation.

Purlins are quick to install and suitable for both insulated and
uninsulated roofs and walls. The thickness and height of the purlin
selected depend on span length and loads.

(2)Every shaft will be inspected for centering jumpiness.
(3)Every roller will be checked to make sure it is in the range of
tolerance critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions.
