GSB8 lever ball float steam trapis widely used in petrochemical, metallurgy , paper making , food and other industrial steam equipment , dryers and a variety of large-scale heat exchangers , especially for large displacement condensate field and work . This GSB8 Steam Trap can automatically discharge condensate , air and other non -condensable gases and act as a steam leaking and water blocking valve. GSB8 High Capacity Lever Ball FLoat Steam Trap is a special mechanical steam trap with high capacity, which used all- zero fulcrum lever structure to drain the steam condensate,It's a new Product our GOOLE VALVE.

GSB8 Lever Ball FLoat Steam Trap Structure Characteristics:

1 , Adopting the mechanical valves rolling (new SCCV switch mode ) , with excellent sealing and durability.

2.. Balanced double seat design , with small size but with large displacement than the average steam trap, which can bring advantages in large displacement field

3 , built-in bimetallic automatic air vent valve to prevent air block and steam block .

4 , Adopting a unique U-shaped bimetallic Air Vent , equipment start-up time can be greatly shortened .

5 , All the components installed in the valve cover , without removing the valve from the pipe , you can repair and maintenance, simple and convenient.

6. The Discharge temperature can be adjusted to save energy by taking the advantages of hot and humid condition in high temperature condensataon water.

7. There is high temperature condensation water in upstream, which will form reliable water seal without any steam leakage.

8. It has excellent abilities to resist water hammer and to dischage air and water.

9. Its operation will not cause any noise, which is preferable for protecting the environment.

10. All the internal parts are made of stainless steel,w hich is resistant to corrosion and caviation erosion.

The Characteristics ofGSB8 Lever Ball FLoat Steam Trap Balanced Double Seat

Both Upper and lower valve discs are pressureized equally in opposite directions to keep balance. The force required for opening and closing valve will decrease accordingly. The steam trap with small size can also acquire outsize discharge capacity.
