Co-rotating twin-screw extruder features: homogeneity, plasticization, filling modification, enhancement, recovery and granulation
a. co-ratating twin screw extruder machine with appropriate screws, dies and other auxiliaries ca directly convert thermoplastic filler, compounding, modified, degassing, stability of coloring and granulation equally.
b. The newly designed torque distribution system, high-precision
grinding of hardened gear teeth, and the interlocking of
lubrication system are among the reasons for the good reliability
of products.
c. Both screws and barrels are designed using the building block
principle. The screw configuration, barrel setup, screw L/D, the
number and protocol of feeding and venting, screen change, way of
granulating, and the electric control mode are optimally adjusted
according to different material properties and process
requirements, in consideration of the machine’s versatility in
other general applications.
d. Matched with single screw feeder or twin screw feeder,feeding
smoothly,easy operation.
Suitable Material
PP/PE+ CaCo3+Wax+Butter + other additives,our extrision machine can add CaCo3 up to 85%.
First by the high speed mixer, you can mix all material equally accroding to its different percentage. Then we send the mixing material into hopper by screw charger, our hopper is special desinged, so the material in the hopper won't getogether. Different material with different screw design to meeting the feature of material.
