FEP film has perfect properties of non-stick,temepreature resistance,dielectric, mechanical,
abrasive resistance ,gas tightness etc.Even it is works 20years outdoor ,its mechanical and electric properties won't change . It is quite suitable for medicine packing, cable &wire covering,FPC ( flexible printed circuit),printed circuit,flat cable,transformer coil,releasing .sheet/rod/tube compound layer.
Using fluoroplastic film can simplify the back-end processing technology ,improve proudcts quality. We offer red FEP film , Blue FEP film long-term.
Properties:
1:non-stick -- Smooth surface, won't stick to any thing
2:corrosion resistant ---Won't be effected by any strong acids,alkali,oxidizers or almost
solvents.
3:high/low temperature resistance: -190oC to 240oC
4:High diaphaneity
