The pillars are made of 114 mm diameter and 2.2 mm thickness galvanized pipes (the quality of pipes meets the requirements of GB/T700-2006 standard). 2. Platform:
The cold rolled steel sheet with thickness of 2.2mm is punched, and the punch diameter is 6mm (in accordance with EN1176 standard of EU). Argon arc welding and CO2 gas shielded welding are used for welding (in accordance with GB/T8810-1995 requirement). The bearing capacity of the platform is strong (in accordance with EN1176 standard of EU). After the whole processing and moulding, the surface is sprayed with DuPont outdoor environmental protection polyester powder by professional technicians after deoiling, phosphating and sand throwing, which is cured at high temperature, smooth surface, strong anti-ultraviolet light ability, bright color, not easy to fall off and corrosion resistance. The spraying equipment adopts Korean imported electrostatic powder spraying device controlled by computer, and the powder recovery adopts small cyclone and imported filter core. High efficiency, no pollution.
3. Plastic parts:
The LLDPE special material imported from Samsung Company of Korea is rolled and formed, which meets the requirements of GB/T 4454-1996. The wall thickness of the plastic is more than 6 mm. The color of the plastic is gorgeous. The anti-ultraviolet (UV) ability reaches 8 grades. It meets the Australian food-grade standard. It has strong antistatic ability, strong safety, environmental protection, good weather resistance and high strength.
4. Metal:
Steel pipes with diameter of 60 mm, diameter of 48 mm, diameter of 38 mm, diameter of 32 mm, diameter of 28 mm and wall thickness of 2.0 mm (pipe quality conforms to the requirements of BS1387-1985 and technical standards conform to the requirements of BS1387-1985) are welded by argon arc welding and CO2 gas shielded welding (conforms to the requirements of GB/T8810-1995). The surface is treated by degreasing, phosphating and sand throwing by professional technicians after overall processing and shaping.
