Base layer printing requirement | While you use offset printing method to print the Lottery ticket which logo or number, if you over using the spray powder will make embossing effect. while you print the scratch printing ink, you suppose to clean up the spray powder or do not use it. |
Before printing the scratch off card ink ,the offset printing layer must be total dry. Otherwise, the ink layer will be soften by the scratch off ink. What’s worse, the logo and the number will exposure. The base layer must enjoy well drying then print the scratch off ink. | |
If you use PP lamination ,you can print the scratch directly. (No offset printing ,No spray powder.) |
