How to use Cerasteel knife:
Cutting surfaces should be smooth, easy to clean, such as wooden, bamboo and polyethylene boards.
Avoid surfaces that can damage the blade, such as ceramic, stainless steel, granite, marble, porcelain and glass
All cutting boards and surfaces should be cleaned thoroughly immediately after use to avoid harmful bacteria growth.
Do not cut through bone with Cerasteel knives. (except meat cleavers)
Do not poking, pry or cut semi-frozen or frozen foods with Cerasteel knives.

How to store:
To protect the cutting edge and guard against human injuries, Cerasteel knives must be stored properly.

How to clean:
Wipe the knife clean in your sink with a wet cloth or softsponge and dish soap. No metal is absolute stainless,
please dry immediately.
