Advantage of Cerasteel knife:
Cerasteel knives are made of the composite material composed of
ceramic (cer) and metal (met) alloy technology. It provides a
long-lasting sharpness, while remains resilience and strength at
the same time, they remain sharp as ceramic knives, and won’t chip
or break like them.
Cerasteel knives are very sharp with ceramet alloy, and the
sharpness maintains much longer than any steel knives.
How to use Cerasteel knife:
Cutting surfaces should be smooth, easy to clean, such as wooden,
bamboo and polyethylene boards.
Avoid surfaces that can damage the blade, such as ceramic,
stainless steel, granite, marble, porcelain and glass
All cutting boards and surfaces should be cleaned thoroughly
immediately after use to avoid harmful bacteria growth.
Do not cut through bone with Cerasteel knives. (except meat
cleavers)
Do not poking, pry or cut semi-frozen or frozen foods with
Cerasteel knives.
How to remove rust:
If rust spots are found on Cerasteel blade, remove them with an
abrasive bench stone with these steps:
1. Wet Rust Eraser with water
2. Rub rust spot with light pressure in one direction parallel to the
blade’s pattern.
3. Wipe the blade clean and dry with a paper towel.
