Our silicon carbide balls are made of highly purified, sub-micron silicon carbide material and are sintered by pressureless sintering technology, so the properties of silicon carbide are highly improved. Because of our recipe and manufacture advantages, our valve balls can reach high precision and possess lower leak of liquid. SSiC material has many advantages, like high strength and high hardness (2800 HV5) low density (3.15-3.18 g/cm3) and low thermal expansion ( 4.0 (10-6/℃) ) so its maximum work temperature is 1650℃. Besides, it has superior chemical stability,resistance to fast all kinds of acid and alkali corrosion, even in hydrofluoric acid they can work for a period of time too.
