Although Aluminum oxide nozzle's price is low, but due to the low hardness, poor wear resistance, so it's only can be used in the situation of low workload. In the actual service, working life of pressureless sintered silicon carbide is 4-7 times of Aluminum oxide ceramic, more used as a replacement of high density cemented carbide.
