Introduction of castables :
Castable, also known as refractory castable, is a granular and
powdery material made of refractory materials and a certain amount
of binder. It has high fluidity and is an amorphous refractory
material formed by casting. Castable is a kind of amorphous
refractory material which is most commonly consumed and used at
present. It is used to construct all structures of various heating
furnace linings and can be used in smelting furnaces. Aluminate
cement castables can be widely used in various heating furnaces and
other thermal equipment without slag and acid-base corrosion. In
areas where the working temperature is high due to the corrosion of
molten iron, molten steel and slag, such as steel outlet tank,
steel drum, blast furnace body and iron outlet ditch, castables
made of high-quality granular and powder materials with high
alumina content and good sintering can be used, which are combined
with low calcium and pure high alumina cement.
Corundum refractory castable is made of fused corundum as the main
raw material, combined with a variety of super subdivision and high
efficiency additives. The secondary characteristics are high
strength, good volume stability, excellent corrosion resistance,
and are not affected by reducing gases such as H2 and CO. Products
are generally applicable to circulating fluidized bed boiler,
metallurgy, petrochemical, thermal power and other industries.
Wear-resistant castable is a kind of cement-based composite
one-component dry powder mortar, which is prepared by industrial
production of high-strength cement, mineral admixture,
high-strength aggregate and anti-cracking and wear-resistant agent.
The lining anti-wear layer of slag flushing ditch, ore trough, coal
unloading trough, hopper, silo and the anti-wear layer of water
conservancy and hydropower, unloading hopper, which are used in
metallurgy, coal, thermal power, chemical industry, cement and
other industries, play the role of maintaining the bottom concrete
( or steel silo ).
Steel fiber castable is prepared by using special grade bauxite
clinker as aggregate, high quality bauxite clinker and corundum
fine powder as matrix, ultrafine powder and other composite
materials as binder and additive, and stainless steel
heat-resistant fiber. In addition to the conventional
low-temperature wear-resistant function, the product has
participated in a certain number of heat-resistant stainless steel
fibers in its ingredients to avoid.
