good toughness high strength charging material for electric furnace tabular corundum Electric furnace lining
Product name: tabular alumina
specification: HY-BZGY
1, tabular corundum introduction
The tabular corundum is a recrystallized α-Al2O3 completely
sintered under the ultra-high temperature condition slightly lower
than the melting point of imported alumina after batching, grinding
and forming. The crystals are arranged in a flat staggered
arrangement, which increases the mechanical strength of the
particles. The closed pores are mainly distributed in and between
the crystals, with high bulk density, low apparent porosity and
water absorption, which reduces the liquid consumption of the
remanufactured products. The unique sodium removal process
significantly reduces the content of alkaline oxides in the
product, and has excellent physical properties such as high
refractoriness, good thermal shock stability, low thermal shrinkage
and good heat load strength. At the same time, high purity avoids
the pollution of impurities to the system, and is an ideal raw
material for making advanced refractory, ceramic and insulating
materials.
2.product usage
As a new material, it has been applied to battery anode materials, new ceramics, solar energy industry, seals, automotive and other industries. The well-known tabular corundum ceramics are used to make abrasives. Due to the superhard properties of corundum ceramics, they can be prepared into various grinding wheels, abrasive cloth, sandpaper and various abrasives for grinding, which are widely used in the machining industry. The plate-shaped corundum material also has self-lubricating property and small friction coefficient, which is about half of the cemented carbide. Its thermal shock resistance and high elastic modulus are applied in some special places. For example, it is used to make high-power laser mirrors. Its performance is better than copper, due to low density, good rigidity, and small deformation.
