• The bearings use imported German FAG brand, transducer using Japan brand “ Fuji”, the main strengthen parts of Roller body and Roller cover use 2Cr13,and the other parts of contacted materials such as Disc all use 0Cr18Ni9(SUS304).

• The Stainless steel cover use SUS304

• The base use casting steel, coating does the same way as ship bottom.

• German burkert brand of the solenoid valves.

• PLC Control achieve self -cleaning and automatically discharging.

Electrical control device :

1) Electric control adopts SIEMENS PLC, which can realize automatic operation of slag discharge.

2) frequency converter adopts Taiwan DELTA brand .

3) two solenoid valves (German burkert brand).

4) the motor adopts WNM motor.
