Product description

4-2X73 series centrifugal fan

Product introduction: 4-2X73 series centrifugal fan is mainly used for large induced draft and dust removal systems in metallurgy, electric power, cement, and other industries. Due to the development of production, the boiler capacity has increased, the volume of steelmaking furnaces has also increased, and the amount of flue gas in the smelting process has also increased, causing serious air pollution. With the increasingly perfect and strict environmental protection regulations, it is required that the smoke and dust must be purified, so the dust removal fan is designed to be double suction large-scale, that is, with large flow, medium and high-pressure Low noise, common cold and hot media, flat performance curve and wide efficient area. If the performance is similar, it can also be used in other ventilation systems, but the medium temperature shall not exceed 250 ºC. Before the induced draft fan, a dust removal device must be installed to ensure that the dust content in the flue gas entering the fan is reduced as much as possible (generally not more than 200mg/m3). According to the use of general users, the dust removal efficiency shall not be less than 85%, otherwise, the service life of the impeller will be shortened.


Product features:
1. The design of this series of fans is based on the aerodynamic sketch finalized by the fan model test and adopts the patented technology of the inclined cone air inlet, the long-life backward impeller, the oil-proof bearing box, the self-aligning and differential regulating doors, and the turning gear (according to the user's needs) and other advanced proprietary technical achievements.

2. Wide efficient range, easy to select efficient working point.

3. The patented technology of the inclined cone air inlet eliminates the strong eddy current in front of the air inlet, ensures the air inlet stability, and improves the overall efficiency of the fan

4. The impeller adopts the backward wing blade, which reduces the impact of airflow, has good stability and is not easy to overload the motor. The wing wear-resistant nose blade is adopted, and the wear-resistant lining plate is added at the easily worn part, which increases the strength and wears resistance of the impeller, and improves the service life of the impeller.

5. Anti-leakage bearing box adopts a lapped oil slinger to fling oil from the high-speed rotating bearing to the inner wall of the bearing box and flow back to the oil pool. The lower part of the labyrinth seal is equipped with oil return hole to return some unfiltered oil from the oil slinger to the oil pool. The outer skeleton oil seal can increase the resistance force along the axial direction to intercept some thin oil back to the oil pool, with good dust prevention performance. The upper part of the bearing box is equipped with a breather plug, which reduces the micro-positive pressure inside the bearing box. The side of the bearing box is equipped with an oil level indicator, which can truly display the oil level. Sliding bearings can also be used according to user needs.

6. Self-aligning and differential regulating valves are equipped with self-aligning bearings at the fulcrum of guide vanes. Self-aligning linkage is adopted between the regulating valves on both sides. Due to the use of transmission handles with different angles, the opening of the vanes in the process of adjustment is different, thus realizing differential adjustment. The torque is smaller, and there is no "dead" point during operation and adjustment. The adjustment is flexible, labor-saving, safe and reliable, ensuring that the actuator motor is not overloaded

7. The fan is complete, including the coupling cover, companion flange of air inlet and outlet, anchor bolt of the whole machine, soft connection of air inlet and outlet, temperature gauge (Pt100), vibration measuring device, and slow rotation device, electric actuator or muffler, if necessary
8. The relevant parameters are complete, including the weight of main parts, static and dynamic loads, rotor rotational inertia, regulating gate resistance moment and overall dimensions, etc

9. Key protection measures for product quality:
(1) Design and manufacture according to industry standards.
(2) Fan performance is converted according to the model test
(3) Impeller and main shaft shall be subject to NDT according to standards.
(4) The impeller adopts reinforced wear-resistant impeller
(5) The air inlet and outlet are equipped with soft connection to prevent deformation stress interference between the pipe and the fan.
(6) The rotor adopts a vibration protection device.
(7) The slow rotation device (at high temperature) is used to prevent the shutdown shaft from bending.
