Bolted steel water storage tanks are a convenient storage solution for commercial and industrial fire protection water storage. They are constructed from individual steel panels that are manufactured and finished at an enclosed facility, then transported to the site and bolted together using the appropriate gaskets and self-locking bolts for the product that will be stored. Unlike conventional concrete or welded storage solutions, which require extensive fabrication and finishing processes on site, bolted tanks offer quick installation, lower shipping costs, and they can be assembled in nearly any type of weather, eliminating many weather-related delays.
When comes to installation, we will send out installation guide to be on site to train the local workers how to assemble the tanks. In contrast, Field-welded steel tanks are welded by trained and licensed welders, which cost a lot of money and time that might otherwise be better spent elsewhere. This results in an installation process that is quick and easy, far faster than the installation of concrete or welded tanks, and it is not subject to the weather delays that often stall the installation of competing designs.
