Enamel sheet introduction and production processes

Introduction

Enamel coating is the traditional and anti – corrosion technology for steel plates , it have beautiful appearance , delicate texture . Center Enamel company adopts first class enameling production technology and special enamel sheet , products quality can reach international standards , and already been successfully applied in various engineering , agricultural sewage , urban wastewater treatment and biogas engineering .

Production processes

1 - Preparing well the raw material steel sheet and check with micrometer whether it is suitable to be used as raw steel sheet .

2 - Cutting , corner cut and edging , putting the raw steel sheet on the laser cutting machine ( CNC cutting machine ) and cutting it according to the setting data in the computer .

3 - Pretreatment , press arc and short blasting . According to diameter , determine the radian of the pressure plate then press arc ; after finished press arc the short blasting begin , but before short blasting shifting the steel emery and add it to the blasting machine , hoist the rough steel into the blasting machine .

4 - Spraying , burning , air drying . After cutting and pretreatment work finished , and then put the steel sheet to the automatic spray machine to do the spraying , burning , and air drying . A glossy steel sheet will come out when finish all the procedures .
