Biogas Storage Tank with Glass Fused Steel Tank Body and Membrane Roof
The biogas storage tank membranes are highly tear resistant polyester fabrics with a special PVC surface treatment and acrylate varnish. The fabric is also resistant to the impact of the different biogas ingredients and the white colour of its external membrane has a highly reflective effect. The construction and dimensions of the double membrane biogas storage tank comply with all relevant standards.
· Biogas storage system fabric is highly flame-poof according to DIN 4102-B1
· Higher specification fabric is available on request
· The special surface treatment formula guarantees high resistance against permeability & UV
· All biogas storage tanks are resistant to wind and heavy snow and guarantee safe operation
· The temperature resistance ranges from –30°C to +60°C
Its Manufacturing Process
1. CAD Design: all the leachate storage tanks are designed as per client’s request by CAD - work stations
2. Laser Cutting: Center Enamel adopts most advanced 3500W laser cutting machine to meet the best cutting performance
3. Shot Blasting: Comparing chemical processing, our advanced physical Shot Blasting ensure quality of each sheet
4. Rolling: according the different request and dimension
5. Pre - treatment: Each sheet will be pre - treated before enameling
6. Enameling: Center Enamel is the only one using automatic enamel machine in China
7. Firing: The temperature of firing oven is 850 degrees Celsius
8. Test: Center Enamel tests every sheet with 1500V holidays test and other tests
9. Packing: All the glass fused to steel sheets are packed in wooden boxes
