Welded Steel Grating Process:

(1) steel bar, steel processing
During construction, the steel bars and sections of the required steel grille are cut out according to the size of the material list and drawings.

② Welding molding
The steel grille steel frame is processed manually on the top and ground of the foundation pit. Before processing, 1:1 lofting is carried out on the level ground.
After lofting is completed, punch holes in accordance with the lofting position and embed reinforcing bars in the holes to expose the ground 5 ~ 8cm.
Assemble the parts of the welded grille according to the requirements, and the end section steel must be fastened with the connecting bolts to the steel plate holes to ensure the accuracy of the connecting holes of the parts of the steel grille.
After the parts of the steel grid are initially welded and fixed in the mold, the parts of the steel grid are taken out evenly and symmetrically from the mold to avoid the distortion of the steel grid.
According to the welding requirements (the welding of steel bar and Angle steel shall be double-sided welding, and the welding length shall be 5D (D is the diameter of welded steel bar);
The height of the welding seam is 0.3d, and the Angle steel is connected with M20 ordinary bolt). The welding shall be symmetrical to reduce stress and deformation.

The connection mode of steel grid plate is fixed and installed with buckle connector, which is composed of three parts.
