How to make delicious takoyaki?


1. Mix the ingredients for the takoyaki batter in a bowl, making sure there are no lumps. Add the other ingredients.

2. Place the butane fuel correctly in the butane burner and place the TAKOYAKI GRILL PAN correctly on the pot holder.

3. Turn on the butane burner and maintain medium heat. Use the oil brush to completely coat each indentation with salad oil.

4. After heating the butane burner for about 2 minutes, use a spoon to gently pour the takoyaki batter into the indentations.

5. Place a piece of octopus into each batter and scatter the pickled red ginger and green onion over the entire plate.

6. Poke a small hole in each batter with a bamboo skewer.

7. Carefully pick up one of the balls with the bamboo skewer and look at the color of the cooked side. If it is light brown, rotate the ball 90 degrees.

8. As you rotate the rest of the ball, the raw batter will flow out of the hole you made. Rotate the ball another 90 degrees to get a perfect circle.

9. Turn down the heat on the butane burner and continue cooking the octopus teriyaki. The octopus teriyaki is done when steam starts to come out of the balls.

  1. Before cooking, oil the cooking surface of the pan and slowly preheat it.

  2. Once the utensils are properly preheated, you can start cooking.

  3. The low to medium heat setting is sufficient for most cooking applications.

  4. Remember: Always use oven mitts when removing pans from the oven or stovetop to prevent burns.

  5. After cooking, wash the pan with a sponge and hot soapy water.

  6. Immediately towel dry and coat the pan with a light layer of oil while hot.

  7. Store in a cool, dry place.

1.How to clean Cast Iron Cookware?

Use water or a mild soap to clean cast iron pans. Strong detergents, metal cleaning pads and dishwashers are not recommended as they will remove seasoning. Use paper towels or a lint-free wipe to dry quickly and completely.
