A380 aluminum alloy is the most common cast aluminum alloy because it
combines easy casting, easy machining and good heat transfer. The
shifting, bearing pressure, and high temperature resistance are
very strong.
Although the A380 has been considered to be easy to machine, it is
slightly rough due to its high silicon content. It is widely used
in a variety of products, including chassis for electrical
equipment, engine mounts, gearboxes, furniture, generators and hand
tools.

How to Order
Customer provides drawings or samples → Technical review and quotation → Order Confirmation → Mold design and production → Making samples → Sample confirmation → Casting blank → CNC machining → Surface treatment → Inspection → Packing → Transportation → Receiving goods
Regarding the sample, customers pay the mold cost, and after the mold is completed, 3-5 sets of samples will be provided for customer inspection and installation test until qualified.
