Introduction of Single Facer Corrugated Machine
The corrugated board production line single facer machine
consists of a roll holder and a single facer orrugated forming
machine. First, the corrugated core paper is heated, and then the
corrugated roll is used to form the required corrugated shape.
Finally, the glue (starch adhesive) is applied to the corrugated
peak and combined with the single facer corrugated The
corrugated paper is bonded to form a single facer corrugated board.
The heating methods of core paper include steam heating, electric
heating and oil heating.
The single facer machining flute shape can be customized or
customized.
