Normally, price can be available within 24hours upon all details of
your requested products (Such as product size, material&shape
photo, design artwork, logo, color, quantity)
2)Q: How long is the mass production lead time?
Normally 10-15 working days after confirming details (depend on box
request, order quantity etc.)
3) Q: Can I get a sample before mass production?
Of course, this is normal process before starting mass production.
4)How long can I receive the sample?
Sample lead time is around 3-5 working days depend on sample
request details.
Sample shipping:DHL, FEDEX, UPS,TNT Express needs 3-5days. economy
needs around 7-10days.
5) Is the sample charge can be refundable?
Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you
confirmed the mass production, but for specific situation please
contact and negotiate with the sales who follow up with your
orders.
6) What is your payment term?
Normally T/T in advance( 40%deposit before mass production,
60%balance after finishing packing&inspection before shipping.)
