Q4. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but
the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q5. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
Shipping
1. Customs fee and Taxes are the buyers responsibility, we seller
cannot control it and will no be responsible for this, please
kindly note about it before you place the order.
If the item has been returned because of the buyer's refusion to
clear the customs or receive the parcel, the shipping postgae and
the expensive return fee will be fallen to the buyers
responsibility.
2. If your shipping address belongs to remote area in the shipping
company's shipping system, you need to add the remote fee for your
parcel delivery or change a more rural shipping address, otherwise
your parcel cannot be sent out.
Whether your address belongs to the remote area or not, you can
check your address on DHL website.
