1. The concrete of the ground where the machine will be installed shall be solidify fully, the ground shall be level and the surface shall be smooth.

2. The concrete grade needs certain strength (bearing capacity of 500kg / m2)

3. All the size of the sewage tank, clean water tank and conveyor shall be accurate and the board shall be straight without flawless.

4. The feed water pipe of the clean water tank (feed water pipe)shall be unobstructed,also the mechanical or electronic water level controller is required to be installed.

5. The drainpipe reserved under the sewage tanks shall be connected with the municipal sewer, the diameter of the pipe shall be not less than 100mm. And insulation measures need to be considered in winter.

6. Check the reserved water intake fitting and back water fitting required for the sewage treating equipment to see if they are conformed Check the feed water pipe connect the water treating equipment and cleaning water to see if it is conformed

7. The pipe connected the feed water pump and the clean water tank shall the unobstructed , also the check valve needs to be installed. 8. The main power supply shall be lead to the specified site. And the cable diameter and quality shall meet the requirements of this car wash. 9. The air supply shall be ready before installation.

10. The tools and equipment requested for the installation shall be ready before installation. 11. The car wash site shall be cleared before installation. 12. Weather the civil engineering by the customer has error with the our standard (Autobase require the error shall not exceed than 3mm) 13. The clean water , sewage water and car wash site shall be done the waterproof.
