Anti-collision principle

Construction plan


1, foundation pit opening

2, Water seepage layer

3, Equipment in place


When the equipment is in place, the equipment is placed on the seepage layer of the pit foundation so that the center of the column is on a horizontal line. Remember to be horizontal on all sides. Leveling with a level or infrared level, the upper surface of the outer cylinder is generally slightly above the ground level of 3 - 5 m m. Backfill 1 5 0 - 2 0 0 m m deep gravel, to achieve the effect of fixing the column.


4, Pipeline fixing


Use metal galvanized pipe or P V C pipe, elbow, tee, connect the wires of each column to the reserved distribution wells, and reinforce the cables to facilitate the inspection of the lines later. Bundle the wire tube with wire or scotch tape to achieve the function of fixing the line pipe, preventing the cable from being broken when backfilling the concrete, and preventing concrete from being poured in.


5, Equipment commissioning


Turn on the circuit for the device, and perform the operation of rising and falling. Observe the rise and fall of the equipment, adjust the height of the equipment, and check the equipment for oil leakage.


6, Concrete pouring


Evenly water the C 3 0 concrete around the equipment to protect the equipment and prevent concrete from entering the equipment. Use a vibrating rod to vibrate the concrete to reduce the gap. After 5 hours, make the surface, and the surface should be flat. If the position of the equipment changes during pouring, it should be stopped in time. After the adjustment is completed, continue construction and complete the second pouring work. After the second pouring is completed for 2 4 hours, it can be debugged but not open to traffic.


7, Pavement maintenance


The maintenance period is about 7 days. If the motor vehicle needs to pass normally during the curing period, the steel plate should be laid above the equipment to ensure smooth roads.


8, Acceptance training


After the acceptance of the project, the relevant instruction manual maintenance manual and other materials will be delivered and the designated personnel of Party A will be systematically trained.
