charging piles?A: For DC charging piles with power below 180KW, the prototype
delivery time is usually 15 days. For DC charging piles above 180KW, technical parameters need to be
determined before production, which may be different for different
countries, different places of use and different customer needs.
The prototype production and commissioning time is generally 15-30
days.
3. How to guarantee the service?
A: Our products are divided into two categories: household type
charging post and commercial type charging post.
For home charging post, we provide standardized service, i.e. 1
year warranty + remote installation and usage guidance + video
installation tutorial.
4. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
A: The charging pile products we sell have passed China's GB
certification and EU's CE. Certificate. For some other countries, the relevant certifications
are in progress.
