The constant displacement compressor is also controlled by the pressure of the air conditioning system. When the pressure in the pipeline is too high, the compressor stops working.
1. When replacing a new compressor, the air conditioning pipes, condenser, and evaporator must be cleaned. Separate and clean the internal pipes of the air conditioner, pour special cleaning agent into the condenser and evaporator of the pipes, soak for about 20 minutes, and then use high-pressure nitrogen to flush out the cleaning agent and dirt together.
2. The expansion valve must be thoroughly cleaned or replaced, and if the drying bottle is a pipeline filter, it must be replaced.
3. Please choose pure refrigerant.
4. Install a new compressor and add approximately 450 grams of refrigerant.
