1. Adopting imported PLC and variable frequency controller to achieve shaft free transmission, ensuring synchronization of feeding, printing, unloading, receiving, and conveying.

4. The feeding section of the iron adopts stepless speed change, and also adopts vacuum adsorption and servo system to implement buffering, ensuring that the metal sheet is not hit or scratched during high-speed transportation.
5. Using sliding guide rails for fixation, allowing for easy expansion and contraction during hot and cold periods.
6. The sliding roller of the conveyor chain does not require lubricating oil and can run smoothly.
