Working temperature: cold resistance -50 degrees; temperature resistance within 120 degrees.

 

TPU

TPU, that is, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, molecular structure is divided into polyester type and polyether type, composed of rigid blocks and flexible segments, injection molding accounts for more than 40% in the processing process, extrusion molding is about 35% ; The spring extension length can reach 2-6 times the original spring length.

The polyurethane sheath material of the charging pile cable is made of TPU resin, which is added with environmentally friendly or halogen-free flame retardants, antioxidants and other additives after mixing, plasticizing and granulating. It is flexible and resistant to rolling. Withstand voltage, high temperature pressure, aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, waterproof and other characteristics.

Advantages: It has excellent high tension, high tension, toughness and aging resistance, environmentally friendly materials.

Disadvantages: At present, domestic processing is difficult, there are fewer raw material enterprises, and the cost is higher.

Working temperature: cold resistance -40 degrees; temperature resistance within 150 degrees.

 

Polyvinyl chloride elastomer

PVC polyvinyl chloride cable, based on polyvinyl chloride, can be adjusted by adding different amounts of plasticizers to adjust its softness and reduce its "glass transition" temperature, thereby having good flexibility and increasing plasticity. Make it easy to process.

Working temperature: cold resistance -40 degrees; temperature resistance within 105 degrees (according to customer requirements).

 

Silicone Rubber

XLPE

XLPE cross-linked polyethylene is a physical or chemical method that changes the molecular structure of XLPE insulating materials from a linear molecular structure to a network-like linear structure. PE is the basic resin, and silane is the bridge bond material.
