With hydraulic brake and electromagnet braking when machine is stopping, so as to achieve steady and quickly stop. Take up and traverse wire device adopts torque motor. Torque motor starts operating before main stranding cage starts running. Conversely, torque motor stops after stranding cage stops so as to to meet the requirement of cable manufacturing process.
