Tubular stranding machine is intended for production of compacted
and non-compacted strands of various constructions from zinc-coated
wire and wire without coating.
Zinc-coated wire or wire without zinc coating with characteristics
as per Table-1 below are used as incoming material.

Spool accommodation;
without center shafts when loading the full spool, spool bearings
are closed and interlocked automatically by spring force
Pneumatically unlocked.
Spool brake system;
to ensure almost a constant wire tension by brake disk and brake
chain.
Loading system:
Spools are loaded and unloaded by jib crane with traverse, which is
within the scope of supply. Cradles are fitted with 3 windows on
the tube circumference for loading the spools.
Spool cradle monitoring system:
Optical monitoring system (light barrier and reflector) fitted at
each spool cradle
Used to disconnect the machine in case the inclination of spool
cradle position exceeds 30 degrees.
Bearings:
Special tube-enclosing antifriction bearings with central
lubrication Temperature is monitored at each bearing point and
indicated on the operator panel The bearing stands are electrically
monitored for vibrations. The machine will be switched off if the
limit is reached.
Bearing: From Germany, Switzerland
Disc brake:
Pneumatically actuated Time for machine stoppage;
The machine is stopped within approx. max. 12 seconds in the event
of:
Reaching the pre-selected number of meters
Wire breakage or passing of wire end
Cradle inclination exceeding 30 degrees
Failure of compressed-air
Failure of centralized lubrication of rotor bearings
Excessively high rotor bearing temperature
Excessively high motor temperature
Pressing the OFF-button
The machine is stopped within max. 10 seconds in the event of:
Pressing the emergency button.
Drive
AC Motor with frequency controlled, infinitely variable speed,
Tooted belt drive from motor to rotor. Motor Brand: Siemens, ABB,

Safety cover (guards)
Opening of the cover and front wall pneumatically; the operator can
stand directly at the tube (rotor) during loading and set-up
operation.
Walls and covers are planked with metal sheets and sound deadened
material.
The machine cannot be started with an opened safety guard
The stranding tube can low rotating (approx. 50 rpm) with open
safety guard in case of loading process
In the safety guard along the tube a wire breakage contacts are
located
To facilitate viewing into the machine an inclined (about 45 deg.)
front wall with window has been provided in the guard.

neutral.

Compressed air pressure in the Buyer’s workshop network: not more
