SMC and its molded products have the following characteristics: light weight, high strength, accurate size, good batch quality consistency, and zero shortening rate. Under the condition that the data shortening rate and SMC molding shortening rate are stable, the shape of SMC antenna reflector deviates from the original planning paraboloid is small, that is, the precision of SMC molding antenna is completely guaranteed by the mold precision. The root mean square value of SMC antenna is 0.25 mm, that of single reflector is less than 0.3 mm, and that of assembled reflector is less than 0.6 mm.
