The soft facing material provides low stress gasket seating, while
the serrated geometry of the metal core enhances sealing
performance by inducing stress concentrations on the sealing
surfaces. The serrations minimize lateral movement of the
facing material, while the metal core provides rigidity and blowout
resistance. The gasket exhibits excellent compressibility and
recovery characteristics, maintaining joint tightness under
pressure and temperature fluctuations, temperature differential
across the flange face, flange rotation, bolt stress relaxation,
and creep. Suitable from vacuum to extremely high
pressure applications.
Style No: RS3-PN is manufactured without a guide ring for tongue
and groove, or recessed flange applications such as male and
female. It is typically used in heat exchanger applications and
applied as an upgrade to double jacketed gaskets.It is highly
suggested to have the nubbin(if present ) machined out as a best
practice.
Where pass partitions are required, they are also kamm profiled and
laminated. They are the same thickness as the ring, and securely
held in place with welds.
Style No: RS3-ZG is constructed with an integral guide ring for
aligning purposes. It is suggested to be used in raised face
flanges. The gasket is typically designed and sized per EN12560-6
spec for ASME B16.5 flanges, but can be manufactured to fit other
standards.

Style No: RS3-ZA utilizes a loose fit guide ring. This popular
design is preferred for nominal pipe size and pressure class raised
face flanges and is used in equipment with excessive radial shear
characteristics,thermal cycling,and expansions.>

Kammprofile gaskets are an ideal upgrade for equipment applications
where standard spiral wound gaskets, double jacketed designs, and
corrugated metallic gaskets are commonly used.
Kammprofile RS3-PN dimensions can be the same as Style RS1-R
gaskets that are seated in large male/female, large tongue/groove,
and small tongue/groove joints. Technically, the dimensions that
are specified for large spiral wound ASME B16.20 for ASME B16.47
Series A and B flanges can still apply for the Kammprofile Gaskets
per RS3-ZG/RS3-ZA design.

Metal ring gasket is sealed pressure pipe flange ,an applied to oil
and gas pressure vessel, submarine, high-speed joint surface, high
temperature and high pressure valve cover joint.There are a variety
of materials and in a form suitable for the different design and
operational requirements, completely compliance with ANSI B16.20.
In the new flat type grooved flange, the common black iron,
stainless steel elliptical(Oval) and the octagonal can be used
interchangeably. the company can in the most short period of

Note: the metal ring material hardness selected should be lower
than 15~20 HB flange, and the old product is not recommended for
repeated use, because the material hardening and damage may occur
and the flange or the sealing performance.
Hollow metal O - ring is made of high temperature resistant and no
corrosion of stainless steel tube production. It could make holes
in the inner or outer of the hollow metal o ring, when the pressure
goes up,that self sealing function will work. The o ring with the
small holes of the ring, especially the application of pressure
over 70kgf/cm ², it can handle more pressure than the basic O type
ring. The hollow metal ring based on customer needs, as PTFE plated
or silver plating and surface.

Corrugated metal is covered with
graphite, ceramic or PTFE layer's. An additional finishing layer is
applied depending on the requirements of the medium to be sealed.
Such gaskets are used on uneven or distorted sealing surfaces,
where more elastic materials with better sealing performance are
needed.
Note: The metal is 0.5 mm thick and the corrugation pitch is
3mm, 4mm or 6mm depending on the width of the gaskets. The
thickness of corrugation is approx. 1mm to 1,5mm, depending on
gasket size. Corrugated metal can be covered with graphite, ceramic
or PTFE layers in thickness 0.5mm, 1mm or 1,5mm.
