Q1. The price had include option media?
A: No, we have a total of 21 kinds of options media can choose, so every customer can DIY the style they liked, those options need to calculate price separately.
Q2. Do you have any MOQ requirements?
A: It depends on the model you selected. Some models could accept very small MOQ, some models might not.
Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 5-10 days to arrive. For container orders, always ship by sea, the time of transit depends on your destination.

Q6. How to proceed an order?
A: We will send you the quotation for your selected models according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per the payment term in PI.

A: First, All of our products are produced strictly under quality control and hold a defective rate of less than 0.3%.
Second, we will provide 1% key component spare parts for each order.
