Introduction of Bucket Elevator
Bucket elevator can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light
to heavy and from fine to large lumps. According to different
operation speed of the hopper, it can be divided into three
categories: Centrifugal discharge bucket elevator, gravity
discharge bucket elevator and compound discharge bucket elevator.
Bucket elevator has different types of traction components, chain,
plate chain, plastic belt and so on.
Structure of Bucket Elevator
Bucket elevator mainly consists of buckets to contain the material;
A belt to carry the buckets and transmit the pull; Means to drive
the belt; Accessories for loading the buckets or picking up the
material, for receiving the discharged material, for maintaining
the belt tension and for enclosing and protecting the elevator.
