Helium leak test system of automobile aluminum wheels,runs
automatically,to test air tightness in travel process after tyre
mounted.Using maxture of atomasphere and helium as testing gas,and
using helium mass spectrometer to measure leakage rate.
Safety Test
Dynamic bending fatigue test,dynamic radial fatigue test and Impact
test are the basic test in this indurstry.To make sure wheels are
safety,we excute 10%~20% more strict standard than JWL VIA.

Trading rules:
1 Pleaes noted that the wheel is cast. So we only allow these sizes that can be selected. If you need other sizes, you can try to customize the forged wheels and contact us from email.
2 Wheel center caps will not be provided for free.
3 Inflating valves will not be provided for free.
4 We promise that all wheels will be brand new
5 In general, the wheel color is not allowed to change unless the order quantity exceeds 20 pcs.
6 Usually, we deliver the wheels within 7 days after we receive the full payment.
7 Normally, if the wheels ordered by the customer are not in stock, we will notify the customer by E-mail, the customer can choose to refund or wait, we will inform the customer the lead time. So if you're not sure whether the wheels ordered is in stock, you can send us an email to confirm first.
8 The default shipping is China Post. If you need others, we can provide DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, etc., but the quotation is more expensive.
9 The buyer should afford clearance fee if incurred. When the goods arrive at the destination, the customs may check them. All the expenses are for the buyer's account.
10 Please note: the shipping company cannot process or refuse the delivery warranty claim if it has not been clearly and formally notified by their delivery driver that the goods were damaged upon receipt of the delivery and have further evidence of the instant photos.
