A track roller bushing is a mechanical component that is typically used in track roller assemblies. It serves as a bearing surface between the track roller and the surface it rolls over, such as a rail or track.
Track roller bushings are designed to reduce friction and wear, allowing the track roller to rotate smoothly and efficiently. They are commonly made from materials such as steel, stainless steel, or high-performance plastics, depending on the specific application and operating conditions.
The bushing is typically inserted into a hole or recess in the track roller, with the outer surface of the bushing in contact with the track or rail. The inner surface of the bushing interfaces with the axle or shaft that drives the rotation of the track roller.
In some cases, track roller bushings may be self-lubricating, utilizing materials or coatings that have lubricating properties to reduce friction and wear. This can extend the life of the bushing and improve the overall performance of the track roller assembly.
Track roller bushings are widely used in various industrial applications, including material handling, conveyor systems, and automation equipment. They are essential components for ensuring smooth and reliable operation of track roller assemblies in these applications.

Bimetallic lead bronze bushing material with steel backing, suitable for oil lubricated applications. This material has high load capacity and good fatigue properties. It is widely used in automotive applications such as compressors, steering gear, power steering, pedal bushings, steering pin bushings, tailgate journals, mechanical handling and lifting devices, hydraulic motors and pumps, agricultural machinery, etc.
1. Bi-metal sintered bronze layer: Good wear resistance and
excellent load-bearing capacity.
2. Steel back: The steel back forms the foundation of the bushings
and offers exceptional stability, load-bearing capacity and heat
dissipation properties.
This bimetallic bushing material is recommended for use in medium speed and medium load conditions with oil or grease lubrication. It is widely used for engine piston rod ends, Kingpin bushings, undercarriage rollers, construction machinery hydraulic cylinder cylinders and agricultural machinery ball joint bearings.
