The CuPb30 Layer Bimetal Bushing refers to a bushing made of a
bimetallic material consisting of copper (Cu) and lead (Pb) with a
Pb content of approximately 30%. This type of bushing has excellent
self-lubricating properties due to the presence of lead, which
helps reduce friction and wear during operation. Additionally, the
copper base provides good strength and conductivity, making it
suitable for various applications requiring high wear resistance
and electrical conductivity. The CuPb30 layer is typically applied
to the inner surface of the bushing, either by casting or other
metalworking techniques, to create a wear-resistant and
self-lubricating surface.

over plated certain soft alloy on the bushing, it can be used under

The bimetal bushings-700 are bimetal sliding bushings with a steel
strip and sintered CuPb30 as the surface sliding layer.
These sliding bushings have good anti-locking protection and a high
proportion of lead, meaning that they can bind more dirt particles
and impurities, thereby preventing a seize-up.

The bimetal bushing-700 CuPb30 bimetal tractor and combine
harvester bushing is widely used in high speed and medium load
working situations, such as main motor bearing, connecting rod
bushing, rocket arm bushing and oil pump side plate etc.
Steel bearing with lead bronze lining bearing material for oil
lubricated applications. This material has a high load carrying
capacity and good fatigue properties. It is widely used in
automotive applications such as compressor, steering, power
steering, pedal bearings, kingpin bushings, tailgate pins,
mechanical handling and lifting equipment, hydraulic motors,
agricultural machinery etc.

700 bimetal bearings are based on sheet steel, the surface-sintered
CuPb30Material products. The production due to the high lead
content, so both good anti-bite axis and foreign objects are
buried.
If the working surface is coated with soft alloy material, it can
be used as the main bearing of a high speed, medium and low load
internal combustion engine, connecting rod bushing and rocker arm
bushing.
