In today's competitive industrial environment, reliable and efficient machinery is crucial for businesses across all sectors, from large enterprises to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and even retail outlets. One of the critical components that ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime is the self-lubricating plastic plain bearing.
Self-lubricating plastic plain bearings offer numerous advantages over traditional metal bearings. They require no external lubrication, reducing maintenance costs and eliminating the risk of lubricant contamination. Furthermore, these bearings are made from high-quality plastic materials that are resistant to wear and corrosion, ensuring long-lasting performance in even the harshest environments.
For enterprises, having self-lubricating plastic plain bearings installed in their machinery can significantly enhance operational efficiency. These bearings require less maintenance, reducing the need for costly repairs and downtime. Additionally, their smooth operation ensures precision and accuracy in critical applications, such as production lines and processing equipment.
SMEs and retail outlets also benefit from the use of self-lubricating plastic plain bearings. In smaller operations, every dollar saved on maintenance and repairs can make a significant difference. These bearings provide a cost-effective solution that ensures machinery runs smoothly and efficiently, without the need for regular lubrication or replacement.
When it comes to replacing worn-out bearings, it's essential to choose a reliable supplier that offers high-quality self-lubricating plastic plain bearings. By investing in these bearings, businesses can ensure their machinery remains in optimal condition, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
In conclusion, self-lubricating plastic plain bearings are an essential component for ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime in machinery across all sectors. From large enterprises to SMEs and retail outlets, these bearings provide a cost-effective and reliable solution that ensures long-lasting performance.

Self-lubricating bearings perform extremely well in a variety of
applications where excessive friction is a concern. The bearing is
manufactured with a flexible tape backing or a metallic backing
that utilizes a wear resistant PTFE-based (polytetrafluoroethylene) polymer with appropriate fillers to give
the material the specific properties required by a self-lubricating
bearing.

Rolling bearing is a kind of rolling bearing, which is made of high quality cold rolled steel plate, sintered porous spherical bronze powder
in the middle, and then rolled on the surface of porous spherical
bronze powder with modified polyformaldehyde and rolled.
This type of bearing is required to be coated with lubricating
grease during assembly due to its regular surface rolling
arrangement and oil storage holes with helical Angle. It is
especially suitable for the occasions where it is difficult to form
fluid lubrication under high load and low speed. The oil storage holes on the surface can ensure the optimal oil
distribution, and long-term maintenance is unnecessary.

viiplus tri-layer low maintanence plain bushing have a base of lower carbon steel, onto which a porous bronze layer is sintered. Acetalcopolyer (POM)
is impregnated into the intersice of this bronze layer after
rolling process completed. Lubrication indents are stamped into
this layer. POM has good physical & mechanical properties, also has certainly chemical properties. This material has good
machining performance if required.
1. Self-Lubricaying Layer POM 0.3-0.5mm. After rolling process
completed, POM are filled in intersice of bronze layer, lubrication
indents are stamped, which are full of oil grease, which will be
removed and transferred on the mating surface, forms a physically
lubricating film, which will reduced the firction coe. and protect
the mating shaft.
2. Porous bronze layer; The layer provides bonded strength of
self-lub. Layer.
3. Steel Backing The layer provides load & thermal conductivity
