CuPb10Sn10 bronze is a lead-tin alloy with good machinability, high ductility, and excellent sliding properties. It is widely used in applications that require a high degree of wear resistance and load-bearing capacity.
CuSn6Zn6P bronze, on the other hand, is a phosphorous-containing tin alloy that offers exceptional strength, hardness, and wear resistance. It is suitable for applications that require both high load-bearing capacity and good corrosion resistance.

Sliding bearings are installed by being pressed into a machined
housing “H7“.
• Create an insertion bevel at an angle, and clean and deburr the
parts to
be assembled
• Lubricate the outer surface of the sliding bearing prior to
installation
• Check the axiality between the installation space and the
centring axis
of the sliding bearing
• If two sliding bearings are required, these must be aligned
• Use a counter mandrel with suitable dimensions
On its surface. To effectively decrease abrasion, its alloy surface can be machined with ball shaped oil sockets for easier oil storage. When necessary, it could be plated copper or tin on the steel back. It can be applied to conditions of mediate load with mediate or high running belocity and conditions with enormous impact load. In mechanical applications,VIIPLUS BIMETAL BRONZE GLEITLAGER is used to make wrapped bushes, thrust washer and bushes on connecting rod level of gas engine.
