Peanut hull, sawdust, corn stalk, tree branches, rice hull, bamboo horizontal continuous carbonizing furnace
Brief introduction of horizontal continuous carbonizing furnace
Horizontal Continuous Carbonizing Furnace can complete the carbonization of raw materials from drying to carbonization at one time. It is mainly used for peanut hull, sawdust, corn stalk, bagasse, tree branches, rice hull, bamboo chips, sorghum stalk, sunflower seed hull, distiller's grains, corn cob, sorghum stalk, coconut shell, apricot shell, peanut hull, coffee residue, cotton stalk, bean stalk, yam straw, dead leaves, Chinese medicine residue, sludge and daily life. Waste and other biomass-based materials are carbonized.
Advantages of Horizontal Continuous Carbonizing Furnace
1. The main engine has large volume, high carbonization rate and
strong production capacity. It can carbonize 0.5-2 tons per hour.
2. Low cost, low cost and high practicability meet the investment
requirements of early entrepreneurs.
All internal parts of horizontal continuous carbonization furnace
are made of special high temperature resistant precious metal
steel, which is strong, durable, non-deformable, non-oxidizing,
good heat preservation performance, simple operation, safe and
reliable.
The working principle of Horizontal continuous carbonization
furnace
The whole charcoal carbonization furnace including: gas cleaner,
fan, gas burners, furnace and other equipments .
The charcoal carbonization furnace adopt dry distillation
processing, fully utilization the carbon monoxide, methane,
hydrogen and other combustible gases produced at carbonizating
process, through gas cleaner system to separate wood tar, wood acid
to collect gas, then as fuel to burn for furnace(temperature
control around 600 ℃). There are four layers pipelines in the
furnace, first and second layer pipeline for preheating and drying
, the third layer pipeline for low-temperature carbonizating , the
fourth layer pipeline for high-temperature carbonizating . There
are pipes for dicharging exhaust steam at first and second layers.
Third and fourth layer with gas recovery pipes for heating furnace
to carbonization.
