Spirulina is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals but it tastes awful! These capsules of Klamath Lake Blue Green Algae (aka, spirulina) are the easiest way I've come across to take a supplement I should be taking without having to taste it. And there is no aftertaste if I burp. I started taking I tablet and after a couple of weeks, went up to two. I am now considering going up to 3. My skin seems to be healing better from cuts and insect bites than it was before. With supplements it's hard to know if they are really helping, but I think this is.

the morning and half in the afternoon. It is not recommended to

(students, those who work at night, etc.)
Q. How much of the algae will my body absorb?
