Usage:

Colloid mill product is a machine for fine processing the fluid materials. Working principle:

The machine is through the relative motion rotating at high speed with the different geometry’s stator and rotor. When the material to be processed in weight, air pressure and centrifugal force, through the adjustable rotor clearance, action by the strong shear force, friction, impact strength , high-frequency vibration and other composite force, the material is effectively broken, dispersed and emulsified and mixed, and obtain the ideal product.

Crushing chamber has three grinding zone, the first is coarse grinding zone, the second is finely grinding zone, and the last is ultra- fine grinding zone, by adjusting the clearance of stator and rotor, can effectively achieve the desired effect of ultra-fine grinding(Also can be loop processing).
