Brick For Blast And Smelting Furnace
High alumina brick is an aluminum silicate refractory material with
an Al2O3 content exceeding 48%. It is shaped and calcined using
bauxite or other materials rich in alumina. It exhibits excellent
thermal stability, with a refractory capability surpassing 1770 °C.
In China, High Alumina Bricks are categorized into three grades
based on their Al2O3 content:
Grade I High Alumina Bricks contain over 75% Al2O3.
Grade II High Alumina Bricks have an Al2O3 content ranging from 60
to 75%.
Grade III High Alumina Bricks comprise 48 to 60% Al2O3 content.
