1) Are you factory or trading company?
We are factory, so we can offer you very competitive price and very fast lead time.
2) How can I get a quotation?
Please provide 2D / 3D files or Samples indicate material requirements, surface treatment and other requirements. Drawing format: IGS, .STEP, .STP, .JPEG, .PDF, .DWG, .DXF, .CAD…
3) Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
Yes, just need some sample cost for setup and material cost. And it will be refund when proceed into mass production.
4) Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
Yes, we will not release your design to third party unless with your permission.
5) How to deal with the parts received in poor quality?
All our products are QC inspected and accepted with inspection report before delivery. In case of non-conformance, please contact us immediately. We will check on the problems and have them reworked or repaired at the first time, and the resulting transportation costs borne by our company.
6) What is your terms of payment?
*100% T/T in advance when amount less than US$5000
*50% deposit, 50% balance by T/T before shipment when order amount over US$5000
*30% deposit, 70% balance by T/T before shipment when order amount over US$10000
(7) What is your MOQ?
Minimum Order Quantity is one piece/set, related prices should be quoted according to SAMPLE PRODUCTION cost, however as you know the bigger quantity, the more competitive price.
