Sleeve principle:
When a bottle on the conveyor belt passes through the bottle detection sensor, the servo-controlled drive group will automatically send the next label, and at the same time, the brushing wheel group will brush the next label, and this label will be put on the bottle. If the position of the positioning detection electric eye is not correct at this time, the label cannot be smoothly inserted into the bottle.

Institutional function:
1. Cutter set:
Using an eccentric linkage mechanism, driven by a stepper motor, no rotation action under no incoming bottle induction
2. Machine group:
The whole machine adopts a stainless steel body, which is used to support the host and fix the conveyor belt.
3. Shrink furnace:
Use electric heating or steam heating to shrink and evenly attach the label to the bottle.
4. Drive group:
The double-drive feeding mechanism is adopted, which is an indispensable part of the fixed center column. No matter the bottle becomes larger or smaller, the required size can be changed by simply rotating the hand wheel. The transmission function is completed by the gear set.
