BIOMASS FIRED BOILER
This series of boilers are fueled with wood processing waste, forestry/agricultural Biomass and Agroforestry mixed biomass. The combustion equipment adopts chain grate, reciprocating grate and fixed grate and the other forms of combustion. Our company is also capable of making separately design as the clients demand.

Biomass fuel steam hot water boiler is fueled with wooden waste, forestrv/agricultural biomass and agroforestry mixed biomass.The combustion equipment adopts chain grate, reciprocating grate and fixed grate and the other forms of combustion. Our company is also capable of making separately design as the customers demand.

 

 

Structural features of this series of products

  • YLW biomass thermal oil boiler is circulation-forced chain grate boiler(reciprocating grate).The whole boiler consists the boiler body on the top and the chain grate at the bottom and could be installed in afield assembly.
  • The boiler surface adopts single furnace or tightening double square coil at the back of which is a serpentine convective heat exchange tube.
  • According to the feature of the fuel, this series of combustion equipment adopt the structural of dust accumulation prevention which could reduce dust accumulation in boilers and make it convenient to clean up the dust.
  • For the purpose of reducing accumulation of the dust and improving the heating power of the combustion equipment, the.boiler convection heat transfer section adopts high and low staggered row, large spacing and arrangement of soot blowing device ash cleaning device and other measures.
  • Compared with the traditional coal-fired boilers, this type of equipment has larger combustion space within the furnace, making the most value of the biomass.
  • The furnace grate firebox is heightened and the overgrate air is arranged in this equipment. The grate is divided into warehouse air intake the air volume is adiusted independently and the grate is steplessly adiusted.
  • High temperature resistant material grate and reasonable air distribution cooling form are adopted for grate. The grate is reliable in use and has an operational life span.

 

High efficiency and energy saving

The radiation heat transfer section of furnace adopts double dense row coil structure, and the convection heat transfer section adopts S-type multi-return heat transfer.

2.The tail is equipped with air preheater, steam waste heat boiler and hot water economizer to recover waste heat, reduce exhaust temperature, improve boiler thermal efficiency, reduce fuel consumption and save energy.
3.The boiler adopts high quality thermal insulation materials and special construction technology, with less heat dissipation loss, low smoke exhaust temperature and high thermal efficiency.

The grate combustion chamber is raised, and the secondary air is arranged to support combustion. The fuel combustion is uniform and full, and the combustion efficiency is high.
5.Grate arch special design, grate bin into the air, independent adjustment of air volume, wide adaptability of fuel.
6.Tail convection heat exchange section adopts special structure, and equipped with soot blowing device, no ash accumulation, high heat exchange efficiency.
7.The heating surface layout is reasonable enough, the boiler starts up quickly and the load allowance is large.
